Tim moved to the Colorado Springs community from his home state of Wisconsin in 1982 with the US Air Force. After completing his initial 4 years, he joined the law enforcement community and served over 20 years in that career.
Tim has been an active and successful realtor for over 22 years and has also been involved on the investing side as well. Tim was a custom home builder for 17 years which has given him invaluable insight into helping his clients navigate the complexities of dealing with the local builders. Tim achieved the following real estate designations: ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative; GRI-Graduate Realtor Institute; MRP-Military Relocation Professional; CNE-Certified Negotiation Expert; LHMS; Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
Tim relocated to the Beaufort, NC area with his wife, Tammy, in 2022. Since that time, he has gotten his North Carolina real estate license and joined the Star Team.
