  • Chef Keith Rhodes's tribute to the seafood of the Cape Fear Coast has made his restaurant one of Wilmington's most acclaimed establishments since its establishment in 2006. The menu primarily revolves around seafood, featuring delectable dishes such as Cajun-crusted North Carolina oysters, seared ahi tuna served with coconut-saffron risotto, baby spinach, oyster mushrooms, and a sesame buerre blanc, as well as a fried seafood platter that includes the catch of the day, jumbo shrimp, and local oysters. For those less inclined towards fish, the menu offers "Land Offerings" such as steak, duck, and ribs, although the shrimp and grits with Benton's bacon may prove irresistible.
